In the event that your items are damaged during shipping please reach out to us directly on our contact page. Although it is out of our hands, we’ll make sure to make it right for you.
We may ask for proof of damage which can include images, video, and a full return on the items purchased.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of our product, generally we do not accept any returns or offer refunds. If your package arrives damaged, see the above section.
We will only ask for a return directly and if a refund is applicable, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
