Welcome to Chandlr LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, https://www.chandlr.co (the "Website"), including any purchases you make through the Website.

Chandlr LLC is a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in McKinney, Texas.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website.  

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of candles, candle accessories, blankets, and other related items for sale through the Website. We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Website, but variations may occur in color, size, and other details due to the nature of handcrafted goods and limitations of digital displays.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the items you have ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.  

4. Shipping and Delivery  

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service to The United States of America. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change, add, remove shipping services and deny shipping to any country, state, province, or location at our own discretion.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.  

5. Returns and Refunds

Club Members & General Customers are given a 7 day grace period to report any damaged or missing items. Reports beyond this period cannot be fulfilled.

We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your items are damaged upon delivery we may require image or video proof and/or a full return made to us. The customer will be responsible for return, shipping, and handling costs if a return is needed. An address will be provided via direct contact communications; email, text, or over the phone.

We do not provide refunds on orders due to the nature of our products. If it is determined that a refund is necessary, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds can and will only go back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Chandlr LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our express written permission.

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Post or transmit any harmful content, such as viruses, spam, or malware.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be settled by mediation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
